This service call includes home computer, workstation, server, network, Point-Of-Sale, consulting and other technical support in your home or business location. Limiting downtime is top priority for me when supporting businesses and I will try to give time estimations of when systems will be fully functional. You'll be billed for travel time to and from your location.

Onsite labour is begins at 20 minutes billed and is followed by 10 minute increments thereafter (including a 45 minute billing). Business remote-access or phone support is begins at 10 minutes billed and follows by 5 minute increments thereafter. This billing system better reflects actual labour time and provides increased value to you compared to typically larger minimum charges! Unscheduled off-hour work, holidays and emergencies usually are billed at a time and a half.
